'Bells, Pads & Abs'

 

Every Thursday evening at Angel Road Junior School School, 6.15 pm - 7.00 pm. 

 

 

A mix of all things great! Now working all exercises 'Tabata' style, 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest!

 

We start off with Metafit, bodyweight moves to get your heart racing. Next up we move onto pad and glove combo's, sparring with a partner. We then add in a good mix of kettlebell work. We continue to mix it all together, including focusing on Ab work throughout the session.

Work at your own pace, bring your own gloves if you want to. All equipment supplied. 

 

This is a fun, energetic, group fitness class, guaranteed to get your pulse racing and a great way to punch the stresses of your day into touch.

You will burn plenty of calories as you'll be working hard, with effective exercises that will promote body conditioning, confidence and a leaner body.
